You've done your homework! As you know the commission rules have changed as of August 2024. Each sale is different and requires a different strategy regarding these new guidelines. Let's discuss this further based on your unique selling situation. I have a clear set of parameters and scenarios that we'll discuss, and it'll only take about 5 minutes.
do i have to update my kitchen/bath?
I only advise market prep that will maximize your ROI, and 4.5 out of 5 times in this market, I don't recommend major renovations. I'll give you a specific prescription of repairs and updates considering costs, timing, and return on hassle.
